Sharma & Mr. Shalabh Sharma, and Neuros Co., Ltd. Of South Korea, founded by CEO Seungwoo Kim. This collaboration brought together the best of both worlds—Usha Compressors’ decades of market leadership in the Indian industrial sector and Neuros’ cutting-edge technology in turbo blowers.

By the mid-2010s, Usha Compressors had cemented its position as an industry leader, with an extensive product portfolio and a strong presence across India. Driven by a vision to redefine efficiency and embrace technological advancement, Usha Compressors identified Airfoil Bearing Turbo Blowers as the next frontier in the blower and compressor industry. This led to a partnership with Neuros Co., Ltd., a pioneer in turbo technology with a global reputation for innovation.

The joint venture was formed with the goal of introducing this revolutionary technology to the Indian market. Usha Neuros became one of the first Indian-based facilities capable of assembling Airfoil Bearing Turbo Blowers locally under the “Make in India” initiative, making advanced foreign technology accessible to Indian industries.
